Soon afterwards Jarbarkas arrives with a company of Goblins. True to their nature, the Gnolls and the Hobgoblins started a fight and the Goddesses settled down on the porch to applaud the two teams as they fought for the honour of entertaining the Goddesses with a proper combat. Djive was tempted to join the fight with her Toad Zapping Wand, for some good comical relief but then decided against it. If this only was after the Soccer game... Still her time would come. Presently the combat abated and the Gnolls and the Hobgoblins presented the Goddesses with gifts, and in return the Goddesses graced the Gnolls and the Hobgoblins with their blessings. Djive gave Drakon a bottle giving him a conspiratorial look. Both teams had arrived so it was time to kick off the soccer game. The female Gnolls would do their boue nue luttant during the breaks. Djive detested soccer and had little idea about how to play. Thus, 30 Hobgoblins and 30 Gnolls started on the soccer field. In addition Djive had given each of teams four balls, and appointed Oldtimer to be the referee by promising him that he would get some time with the box and knobs afterwards. The rules were lax, and within the first five minutes Oldtimer would have gotten grey hair, had it not been white already. He blew and blew, and then when neither the Gnolls nor the Hobgoblins seemed to take notice he zapped them with Hypnotize and gave them the Red Card. During the next ten minutes Gnolls and Hobgoblins left the soccer game one by one. As they left Djive Zapped them into Toads, and they were then sent further to the Chef in the Temple. Eventually, the Gnolls and Hobgoblins realized what was happening when you got a red card and calmed down. Only five of each team were left and so Jabarkas and Drakon sent in some replacements.
