If I were to start my on country:
1. Cars would be incinerated.
2. The olympics would banned in my land.
3. Atheletes would not be allowed to earn more than Scientists and Engieneers.
4. Athletics would be a priority #99, thus saving millions and millions.
5. Walls would be built all around my land.
6. All polititians would have to meet the following:
- An IQ above avrage
- Have not been diclared metanly insane, drunk or any other conditions not acceptable by the public
- NOT be a crazed evil man who just want his paycheck
- And would have to answer all the questions truthfully and to make shure of it, a lie-detector would be intalled at all cabinit meetings and political speeches 
7. Wars would be outlawed.
8. Starships would be built for a nation-wide exodos at
anytime
9. Morons would be exiled
10. If any cars are to be found, they will be melted down and used for useful things.
11. Food would taste like food, not engien oil
12. the city would be built underground, saving millions in electric bills during the summer.
13. All buildings would have a personal water de-contamination "plant"
14. Forests would be grown all around the city, in and outside the walls
15. fosil fuels would be outlawed exept the ones used for the exodos
16. and last, but least (and I mean least), there would ba a market where people could sell the stuff that they don't want anymore, or sell food, to make a little extra money.
17. Sports, would be held at small cost-effitiant buildings, such as carboard boxes.

What about the Winter? And Lighting? I think that if all cities were underground you'd end up wasting more money building, excavating, lighting and heat than you'd be saving on Air Conditioning.

moron governments should regulate this, make them more effective, and raise prices on gas and make sure the price of the cars is nuetral if not over reasonabley priced.
but then again, we arent sure that electricity has a resource amount. Perhaps it has something to do, with stealing from atoms. I dont think so, but it's not proved impossible!
Mind you, THEORY of electronics isn't more than a theory which seems right enough.

So you want to hear my plans for an Independent Empire do you?
Very Well then…
I would have a Huge City Situated somewhere On Antarctica.
It Would Be A Very Disciplined Nation of Militaristic Nature.
To hell with all that Democracy Crap It would Be A Nation Run By one Man/Woman and Their Word is Law. This Law Will be enforced by the Military who would have one of the highest Salaries in the world. Science would be held high among all other things. There will be no such thing as “Ethics” that are holding back science today. The Supreme ruler would allow all things such as Viral Weaponry, Genetic Engineering, and Cloning etc and will pass laws for them.
The Population would all have to work together and for free, but in turn all housing, food, items etc needed the Empire will provide. People who work exceptionally well in their fields would be rewarded by house upgrades and bonuses.
The things that are holding our society back like Diversity, Ethics, Money and all that would be forgotten and most people would live in an even society (Aside from those who work their asses off).
And somewhere along the line this Countries Political and Militaristic influence would be felt everywhere.

I will get rich off the inhabitants of the island (get them to mine diamonds, gold or other valuable materials.) with my new found wealth I would buy Cuba and i will kick everyone out. Then I will go about inviting people of my choosing to my new country. No one in my country will have to work bar some servants and shopkeepers that will be highly paid. Everything will be free.
You may ask how I will get food and other goods? I will export them from other countries and I will offer invitation to the island to people who supply goods.

Now THAT sounds like an Idea, May I ask how High Taxation Shall be? and if people should refuse slavery what is the Punishment?

The tax rates will be aat 100% and for all the people that refuse shall be given a chocolate cookie and told to be slave andif that doesn't work they are exicuted and their heads will be but on apike as aconstant reminder. this will aplly to all bar the good looking women.

Starting some kind of island on this site would be good. Members could have their own houses and progress to having their own kingdoms. It would be like a new site altogether. I once went on this Lord of the Rings site and they had that kind of setup. It was huge. Anyway I think an island on the site where everyone is a community living there would be excellent.

spiritual evolution is a filtered requirement. Meaning all will have had one even the smallest.
Spiritual evolution is atleast 1 minor change. The "government" will help make that clear. Hence the human kind will 1 day undergo a true difference worthy of title like "Peace domines" Peace dominators. We control peace.. Well thats only 1 possibility humans can pick anything to call ourselves.
I wouldnl't go though There is a much bigger world that all men have a part of now. And Im not an isolationist.
