Don't have something like the motto, but here are 2 that contain some wisdom for me:
"Where there's pain, there's life"
and
"Nothing is so urgent that it won't be even more urgent tomorrow"
PS. This is Ali G's version of angelito's motto:
"Give a man a compilation tape and he will dance for a night, teach a man to scratch and he will be dancing for generations."
much cooler

I like this one.. its more of a quote but still, can be a motto:
BUDDHA:
Neither fire nor wind, birth nor death can erase our good deeds.
Somehow tells me that no matter if someone knows it or not, appreciates it or not, nothing can erase the fact that you did something good in your life.. feels powerful to me, that nothing can ever change that.

Taken from Rohrig, who, in his turn, took them from somewhere else.
Gotta adore these:
The Magus: "Talent labors, genuis creates" Robert Schumann
The Fool: "Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced." Buddha
The Hierophant: "Wisdom is found only in wisdom" Goethe
((I love this one))
The Lovers: "You want to be loved because you do not love yourself, but as soon as you begin to love yourself, you stop asking whether or nor someone else loves you." Krishnamurti
The Hermit: "When one has found peace within oneself, there is no need to seek it elsewhere." La Rochefoucauld
The Judgement: "Shall I reveal a great mystery to you, my friend? Don't wait for the Last Judgement: it happens every day." Albert Camus
I merely adore Rohrig..
