Rebalancing factions
Hi everyone :-)
I installed the WoG 3.57f patch few days ago and I'm really impressed by what the WoG staff did.
Definitely this is how Heroes 4 should have been but wasn't!
Back to the topic: i noted some changes with the 'rebalancing factions', here are the few I spotted:
Gurnisson have tactics instead of artillery and have hobgoblins speciality.
Gerwulf statistics are 3-1-1-1 instead of, as expected, 0-4-1-1 (cool!) and he seems to gain defence far less than a normal beastmaster.
Bron lost the chance of having basilisks first day.
Any artillery hero (even the magic ones - Vokial - Zubin - etc.) starts with ballista.
Lizard warriors shoot twice.
I wonder how many other changes are in the game (concerning towns/heroes/creatures) ... but unfortunately I didn't find any list nor in the installation infos nor in the web pages I checked.
So, where can I find the complete list?

I'm glad you're enjoying WoG. :-)
Anyway, I'll let the script author know about your comment in case he wants to reply, but for a list of the Rebalanced Faction changes, go to the Heroes3\data\s folder and open script37.erm. If you scroll through it, the comments on the right of the script commands will tell you what's being changed or boosted.
Note: to view the script properly, you may need to open it with the ERM Scripter, which is available in the WoG tools download (a separate download from the main one but located just a bit below it on the downloads page).

Maybe on my site when 3.58 comes out I wil list all scripts and what they do. We will see but is an idea.
