I would vote on 7 if a majority did.. but not 12
BTW on the bottom of the first post here, I made a current event/news box sort of thing.
Also I vote for dingo, boogieman, and asmodean. i will vote for phobe when others do or when phobes posts something of value.
Should the rest of new members start on +4 ?

I propose that we form a group of 5 main leaders of the group, the first 4 named by Celfious and then we vote on one of these two to join the group to make 5 main members. Just a proposition, not set in stone. In the UN, there are 5 permanent members of the Security Council, and then 2 members are cycled through so there are always 7 members. If the +5 group is the permanent 5, then the +4 group could be cycled for the temporary 2. This group would vote on issues for the group.

I say that if there should be power then we should wait until we have further oranization.
Also, I think we should invite a Mod.

What this is now is a small click, although it is open source to all of HC, and outseide members. If no one has anything else to say then we can find this place closed. And no one ever voted on seperation odes, so just go.
If at this point, I am to turn back, in lew of no abilities to zap at all, then I shall go and wander aimlessly as before. But what we basicly have here, is anything that we decide.
