HoMM PoL Music WORKS on XP
I just loaded the game, and was greeted by beautiful cdmusic.
I was amazed I tell you, since it isn't supposed to work with PoL, or am I just very wrong?

I am using another XP machine than the one in my 1st post.
HP 770 Pavillion 1.79 GHz
Pioneer DVD-Rom DVD117
Windows XP Professional (No Service Pack installed)

It is supposed to work with some tweaking. You were lucky if you got it to work without any change.

I found it to be annoying, and very timeconsuming to use the cdaudio.
I tried to make a copy of my legally bought game and simulate the cd, but it didn't work, only midi did.
Has someone sucessfully simulated a cd of the game, and then play with cdaudio on?
