Ok IYY, you are hereby officially hired.  I would like a large round of applause for IYY's hard work on the very nifty backgrounds.  Hands together also for Woock's ghosty character that brought back memories.  Now, for me to get off my lazy @ss and do somthing relativly useful.
IYY, I like Woock's version of Mighty Mage but I'd like to see what you can come up with.  Thanks.

Well yeah it was pretty good but I'd like to see what IYY can come up with.  I like his character designs.  I've already incorperated his Dingo character and plan on using others as well.

I'm Ready

I've drawn several members and they are ready to be shown to everyone. The problem is I haven't got a damn clue when it comes scanning and internet web hosting space to hold the image once I've scanned it. I'm not kidding when I say that I need someone to literally walk me through the process step by step as if I were a newborn infant. I am truly that clueless. These comics will never see the light of day if I can't get someone to walk me through the ordeal.

So far I've drawn:

~Peacemaker
~bort
~Dingo
~Valeriy
~Lord_Woock
~MightyMage
~hamsi128

Someone please help a tired old reject that needs a bit of internet common sense.

Once you get the images scanned and saved on your PC, contact Khaelo to get the password of the HC upload centre.
Then just follow the instructions of the upload site to get them hosted, then just post the link as usual.
The Upload site link can be found in the Turban Tribunal Sticky thread.

Asmodean or Anyone Who Knows

Um....how does a person use a scanner? I went to a store(Kinkos) that had scanners I could use. When I went they told me they charged by the minute to use the scanners. "But you see I don't know how to use a scanner", I said. So the guy told me to read the manual next to the computer. When I looked over and saw the thickness of the manual I panicked and just walked out. First of all I'm a slow reader and then it usually takes me a while to learn something new. I was looking at possibly being charged for hours of trying to learn how to use the damn thing!

Ugh, what a mess. Has anyone ever used a scanner before? How does a person work the machine in conjunction with the program on the computer? I'm sorry if I seem like an infant when it comes to this technology but it's all very frightnening to learn something I've never done before. If anyone could post a quick little excerpt on how scanners usually work then I'd be very grateful.

In my Paint Shop Pro 8 it is done as follows:

File -> Import -> Twain -> Acquire

There a menu thingy pops out. You put your sheet of paper in the scanner, picture downwards, and click "preview". Shortly, you will be presented with a miniature of what you are trying to scan. There you can select a specific part of it, change the pixel size you want it in and stuff like that. Then you click "scan". Scanning takes a bit more time than previewing. After that the scanner menu thingy will disappear and all left to do is save the file. Words of the wise: avoid bmp as if it's a monster after your life. Unless you don't mind if the picture won't fit on a floppy, and that some people here will wait for ages for the picture to load.

I haven't scanned anything for years though, and in the place you went to they prolly have Adobe Photoshop which may be different to some degree, but certain things should be more or less the same.

Oh, and make sure the comp is on

well.. I used to do a very very amature webcomic for GuildWars.  Is always great to read fan comic of your fav game.

However, I don't think there is a large crowd of Fan art supporter/artist here... is there?
