i think that that gods could do something 2 you. like hurt you help you or even give u stuff like some army recoures or gold. tell me what you think¿¿¿ Attila

Hi there...
I think that some guys here havent read the whole topic and they are posting like that. And to jimmy, I think that you dont have a clue of what we are talking here (no ofensive pls!!!) 
And about this feature that we have been discusing all tha way till here, i think that this is not going to be seen in Heroes4. According to what jb said, Vesuvius visited the 3do and was curious about this thing. That said that this is not going to be seen in h4. I repeat, this is according to what jb said.
So, some of us are happy some of us are not, but we give ideas 3do decides. Anyway I think that h4 will be a great game. Thanx for all ideas.....

I really dont think gods would add anything to the game. The best idea is from sikmar without a doubt but even this is just something the grail could provide.

I, personally like Sikmar's idea...
For a possible solution to the problem raised in your post, Sikmar, I was thinking that perhaps the structure can only be built in your capitol, or a town of the same type and alignment as your starting town type. (though the starting town would be a better idea)...
Personally, it might add to the flavour of the game, but I can see the point that has been raised repeatedly through this thread that any effect of a god added (that can't be described through events) might quickly shift the balance of the game. I don't mind whether there is or isn't gods present in the game. If there is, then there is added flavour and another element included. If there isn't, then the classic flavour of Heroes would still exist.

Come on you guys! If gods will exist in HMM4, it will be because of the game play, not to offend anyone. Some of you are so easily offended. I'm an epileptic myself. You don't hear me saying: "Well, I'm an epileptic. I'm offended by the HMM game. That's it! No more flashing lightning bolts!!!" It's a game, for crying out loud!
Just for the record, I think there were only 12 titans??? Or was it 12 gods? I'm not sure...

What are those 'gods' anyway? Should they be equalavent with those heroes units in other games? Such as Zeus is just a overpowered Titan. Ra is just a overpowered phoenix. (remember those cheat codes? Cronus is titan and Ra is phoenix) But then they just dont' suit the story of Homm. Unless they make some new 'gods' and make them a powered version of a creature.

If there were gods in HOMM, they should be as events in temples. You could sacrifice them with resoures or with creatures (if it's a evil god) in the temples (could be built in the towns) in order to gain some bonuses. Like more resource, more creatures, better morale/luck... I will some day write more about this topic, but I really don't have time to do so. Anyway, a good idea.
