From the beginning i said that the dragon golem (crystal dragon) already existed. That doesn't mean that you don't have to not have two of them. Maybe you could make an Gem Dragon which produces 1-3 gems each day. Come on, it is you who should give me a break. Heroes was the first game that i ever had played so i am quite experienced.
And your other creature ideas... you like snakes don't ya?

Well, Balcough_Dragons, it seems like your dragon golem idea is up to you to decide what to do with it. I don't mind what it do, but don't you dare call Crystal Dragon a normal dragon. It is a golem, and you can't deny it.

The manual text says "Made entirely from red crystal and brought to life through magical means, the Crystal Dragon is literally semi-transparent, lit from the center by its magical heart."
So it certainly sounds like they're golems. And as already pointed out, they can't be resurrected.
However, they differ from other golems in two significant ways:
1) They have morale;
2) They can be affected by mind spells (Blind, Berserk, Sorrow, Frenzy).
Perhaps this is simply because they're a more advanced form of golem with a more intelligent magical "mind".

1. That, I don't know really. It's just your imagination that sets the limits.
2.No, you can't, see the enemy hero on the map, can you??
3.When I said "kill", I meant defeat.

Is it so? I think you see small dots on the map marking the heroes. Not sure anymore, though. Or did you mean seeing the hero still when he/she travels to unexplored territory?
