About torture
If young people get's to know about torture they'll probably behave better. The only way in these days to make children behave is to scare them. I scare my younger brother about what they used to do back in the dark ages. Fright... and yes, i am a heck of a sadist, because i think the world sucks a little bit with all actors and other people that rates themselves as better people than normal. Fame isn't everything, and if i would be in charge, i would torture all fameous people for being so self-centered.
Then again, about torture... there are different ways of torture. You have physical torture, psychic torture, mass torture as the WTC attack...

torture?
No.The worst torture in the world... take a blunt piece of metal (crowbar) heat it until it is glowing hot...place it on the victims skin to form a burning welt. Then you take a sharp bamboo stick (after freshly burning the) and poke at the welts until they open up. Do this all over the victim’s body or until you feel like he/she’s had enough. Then, you take a sharp SHARP razor, like a straightedge or a box cutter blade. Make incisions about 1" or 3/4" all over the victims body...don’t take light of the blood...make sure to keep it in the body. Then take a hammer and hit each of their toes...making sure to BREAK them...then slice them of with a butter knife or a pocketknife. This is a dull and taxing prosedur that will take 20 minutes a toe, at least...Then you simply add some processes of pain to fit your personality and style...and YOUVE GOT YOURSELF A VICTIM HERE!  ENJOY!

I still think being forced to watch gardening programs. Or maybe those evangelical shows is a far superior form of torture than any physical method.
But I'm twisted in my own special way.

Young people won't behave better, because young people don't get tortured.
Scaring your younger brother, hmmmmm, well I can only assume your younger brother is 5 and your 11. Because what you are doing seems very childish.

torture has it uses rapist mudrers now some off the method here would at as very powerful deterents you would only have to do it once or twice then the rest would learn whats a little cruelty when you could save millions over time and we have he right to be as sick evil and sadistic as we want as long as we dont practice it in reality
