In the HoMM3 opening movie, you clearly see that a titan can entirely cover a naga under his foot. But then again, in the game, the titan was not that much bigger and in sheer strength, the naga queen was almost as good as the giant. And the titan is just a giant with a heap of armour and the ability to shoot.
So I see no physical reason that should disallow them to... enjoy themselves.

It makes you wonder about the reproductive system of the Naga.
Some snakes lay eggs and others give life births, while humans always give life births. The part of the body where you would usually find the female reproductive organs just happens to be the transition phase in the naga. This poses a bit of a problem. However, by my best judgement, I would say that the uterus is still in the human part of the naga. This implies that the naga gives life birth, rather than lies eggs.
Another argument in favour of the life birth theory is the fact that naga have breasts. As we all know, breasts are strictly reserved to mammals and their purpose is to provide the child with nutrients and a preliminary immume system during the early stages of life. Egg-laying animals have no need for this system, since the developing child takes the nutrients from the insides of the egg, until it is grown to a self-supportive stadium.
Assuming that the embryo develops in a uterus, which is more or less aligned along the transition area between human and female, it is logical to assume that the naga gives birth to it's children through an opening called the cloaca, which all snakes use for their births, whether it be eggs or lifebirths. The cloaca is fairly low in the snake body and therefore, it would be found well in the snake side of the naga. Hence, we can also assume that the naga nourishes the embryo in the same way as humans do, which is upside down.
Now comes the problem of fertiliztion. We have never seen a naga male and it seems to be the convention that all nagas are by definition females.
But first, let us assume that there are males amongst the naga population (which would then probably look like a cow population, where you have one bull for an entire herd). Fertilization would then probably occur more or less in a crossway between the human and the snake methods. The upper (human) parts of the body of the two partners would align, much like the human bodies do, and the snake part of their bodies would probably coil around each other, as this is where the actual fertilization finds place. Male snakes have a varient of the cloaca, which ejects the male gametes into the female body, as it occurs in most chordata.
If this theory is correct, then the naga must be a purebred creature, rather than a halfbred between the snake and human species. Because, if the latter were the case, then there could be throwbacks to the human or snake side, often with non-viable results, which would quickly deteriorate the naga population.
However, if there are no male nagas (which is what our observations seem to be pointing to), then there are a few other possibilities. The first of them would be cross-breeding with other species. However, this implies that the naga genes must be fully dominant over the genes of the other species, while still producing viable offspring. This is highly unlikely between any species. More likely would be the production of so-called "half-nagas", who would probably have an extremely awkward anatomy and physical buildup, hence severely limiting their viability.
Which brings us to the more likely theory, that nagas are a self-fertilizing species. There are species of snakes and some other reptiles that reproduce asexually. There are only female members amongst such species. These females usually stimulate each other to trigger a reaction in the reproductive system, but there is no exchange in gametes involved. Hence, the resulting embryo is by definition another female, and a clone of the mother. While this may allow faster reproduction, it is evolutionary quite dangerous for the species, as there is no diversity, in order to cope with a change in environment.
So far, the naga seems to be faring quite well, though. Most observations lead to the conclusion that the naga is an intelligent and conscious being. Hence, it is not impossible that a naga my give her affections to a member of another species. Perhaps, this affection may have the same result as the above described stimulation of the reproductive system. But whether it would be beneficial for the naga to actually exchange gametes with a member of a species with such different characteristics remains to be seen.

In conclusion: Naga’s are lesbians, that clone themselves, by stimulating each other. Occasionally they enjoy sex with titans, but rarely.
They are mammals and give life births. (But a disagreement on scientific base, Mr. Darwin. They might also be egg-laying mammals, like the platypus or echidna)
