Record chasing: longest HOMM session ever?

We are looking for records here 'die-hard' Heroes addicts!

I 'll send the longest session to the Guinness book of records!

I played for almost:
23 hours
straight yesterday/today (had no sleep)

So tell me:
what was the longest session you ever did?

(ow; and I will check 2morrow, now I 'll hit my bed first)

in homm 2, i started a game with a friend of mine and i have yet to finish it. but we could if we wanted to, but i don't feel like it.  that was over 2 years ago.  it was the biggest map on the hardest setting.

HOMM???

Pietjebell, you wren't bored? Strange...

I played Homm (all of them) yesterday ('coz it was Easter) against AI and campaigns with a few stops to go and pee () and few stops for food for whole day (8 a.m.-9.p.m. or so).

I was so annoyed with homm then that I *accidentally* deleted it.

Another record 18 hours was in an internet cafe 2 years ago.

geez you guys act like i played it constantly, the main reason we haven't finished that game is cuz his computer with the game saved on it got taken by the fbi.  so it's not a matter of when we can finish it, but if.  then when, then collaborate to get to playing.  lol

pietjebell:

it works 24 hours a day, lol

My parents (I was almost 11 then) were out, I skipped the lessons () and went to the cafe. (6 o' clock in the morning )
Played till 12 p.m. (my home is across the street)

Had about 200 litas (about 80 dollars; my birthday was day ago). Ate about three pizzas, five bags of crisps and drank a few cokes.

Though, I almost started to sleep in the cafe, but friend woke me up and I got home... real life. can't do it now, though

i once had a looong 3ffa with archie and midi (midnight) on ring template, and i had a great position.. but as the hours went so did my concentration.

Worst part is that it was one tope on the map, just in underground beside my castle.. but there was a road block there i never killed. If i had gotten one more step further i would have seen that tope lol.

Dont think it would have mattered anyway though, i was playing like crap the last weeks and when archie killed me it more felt like a relief than a loss

Amateurs. =)

When I was on my extended sick leave a couple of years ago (7 weeks of headache in a row, ouch) I had a couple of really long sessions. Excluding the short breaks for taking the dog out, eating and visiting the bathroom, something like 32+ hours straight wasn't all that uncommon.

My natural sleep cycle is quite a bit longer than normal, about 30-36 hours instead of 24, so I slept only 2 times in 3 days, alternating between sleeping at night and in the middle of the day.

Yeah right......
So your point is that he played a game for two years, constantly, without sleep? I wouldn't think so...

I, on the other hand, played heroes constantly, for three days, without sleep. And i can tell, i wish that i had slept instead of continuing playing.
