whats a good starting hero for tower??
i heard they have a lot of bad heroes..
How do we know if a hero is good or not??

As a starting hero, I'd choose NEELA or FAFNER (only to gain bonus for naga)
As a tavern hero, I'd choose hero with archery. Best solution for town with three ranged units. Or hero with logistics/ Best solution to reduce the movement cost and move further.

For starting hero, definitely Aine. I think it's an obvious choice. +350 gold per day, you build her up to expert scholar+expert wisdom until you do not find a better one. Look for an archery specialist.

Astral sux, Hypnotize sux - only thing you can use it for is let some enemy troop open the gate for you. Never did that though

Tower...
Torosar is good.... only tower hero with tactics as starting skill... amazing what u can take with gremlins and golems the first weeks....

Torosar isnīt that bad aswell....especially at the beginning. Starts with tactics and a balista and has speciality balista.....A good balista can do great stuff...
