Use it. There is that "add to zip"-feature. It should be easy to use.

Of course, this "add to zip" is only a relevant notion after you've made and played the map yourself. You don't need WinZip until you want to send the finished and tested map to a website, although it can be handy to zip the map with its readme file when you're sending it to playtesters.
