The_Hydra retired huh? I never thought he would leave HC, although it would seem his RL commitments are too much these days. It was him who first brought me to this place. A true hero of HC

Time has come to say goodbye to a few moderators who have moved on...
Pandora +
It is hard to describe the scope of what Pandora was doing for HC. She was with HC for years, moderated most forums, created or participated in many initiatives, and was a very positive personality for the new members, old members and the mod squad alike. The effort Pandora has put into HC was enormous. As her RL work demands increased Pandora had to gradually step away from being a moderator. On behalf of myself, the squad and the community I wish to give her huge thanks for all the positive efforts she invested into HC and for all the fun times we've had here 
Shadowcaster +
Shadowcaster has been a moderator with HC since 2005 and kept his watchful eye on Bards Glade Pyre, and then also OSM and Tavern. Shadow was known for his trademark lurking style and has given HC several years of his positive input. Much appreciated!
Cepheus +
Cepheus has been with us for a few years and was a very active contributor, focused on organizing and improving the Heroes 6 and WoG forums, and also serving as a news poster on AOH. Life circumstances pulled Cepheus away from continuing this work. We wish to give Cepheus thanks for the energy and initiative he invested into making Heroes Community a better place.

Thanks to Ste for his input into looking after the WOG forum for a while!
And on a somewhat separate note OmegaDestroyer steps in to help in the Tavern of the Rising Sun.

Thank you so much for the well wishes, friends.
I truly wish I'd done much more to fulfil my ambitions – and your expectations – in my time, but as Might and Magic fades, college and other obligations call. So many unfinished projects left behind, from so long ago... But the choice isn't mine, and I was no virtuoso. Just be it known that I love and have hope for this series, and will always love this community.

what is this, "real life" that you speak of?
on a more serious note, i have been wanting to get a job for at least 6 months. i was supposed to try and get a job last week. i am planning on going to college this summer, but if i can't make myself go get a job, i won't be doing anything besides what i've been doing for the past 1 3/4 years, which is adding and improving graphics for HoMM3.
