I copyied the picture from the game and deleted the background...It's not so hard! I almost finished the Archbishop(about 96% of it) and I sent a GIF animation to Acid Dragon and Fnord! I await their response...

Very cool, how did you get that freakin' animation so smooth??
I tried something woth paint and a gif-animation proggie but it just was crappy  (to be honest, I didnt complete it, too uch work )

Sorry for the site. I'll rey to fix it until I find a new web space. For the Gif animation, I used Microsoft Gif Animator, which is free. I sent a copy to the WoG team, and Slava liked it, but Acid Dragon said that I should change the top of the staff..so I did. Don't worry it's not a big change...

Where can I get the animator? And whatcha think - would my nec fit the H3 units?
How did you make the animation? did you take screenshots from the Tower-sorcerer walking and changed the look on every pic (for the legs) or how did you get it so smooth?

No. I used Regedit to view the files from H3SPRITE( get it from http://modhomm3.free.fr/ and there are also other tools there) And extracted the Shaman animation. After that I opened the shaman's DEF file with DefViewer andextracted the BMPs from the Def. After that I just added the features from my Archbishop.

whats a shaman? Is the def-viewer at the same page as h3sprite=
damn, now I did all this and it didn help me at all

Great job! But what is the problem of animating? Save each of these small pics into different files and assemble in a gif animator.

well now that I can download a gif-animator that doesnt put a big "unregistered"-sign over my pic *grr* I could do it, but I want to show it to WoG team and therefor it must be H3-style
So I will have to do the nec again with h3 units..
Alot of work awaits o.O

@Daddy: Okay. Haven't you played WoG 3.57? The shaman is the commander from the Fortress town. Yes, Defviewer can be found on the same page! Search 'Defmaker 8.5' on google and you'll find it. To make the necro I recommend putting the clothes of the Psychic elemental on a lich...

Well, I havent played WoG yet, cuz I still dont have SoD *wines*

Daddy, a really neat thing to do with the necro animation, if you get him worked out, is get him to be a ranged character, and when he attacks, a spirit flys out of his staff and attacks the unit.
