Yeah I noticed that the tavern has completely new mods more or less, but chuffed to find 'soxfan still around. VW.. that's wastelands, right?

I Must Admit
"Let's Have War" has caught my attention on more than one occassion. A poster to really check out while you are there is Shadowcaster. He's quite interesting, and that's only one LHW participant. It's a good thread. It's simple, easy to play, and you can jump in at any time.

I don't know if I qualify as an old member or not...a, heck with it, I was here before Cat even, I must be old
Wait...this is too weird though...I was just looking at registered dates for some people, and I found out that I've been here longer than Oldtimer! I've always remembered him as being a well-established member though when I first joined, though...it's probably because I don't post nearly as much as other people--on any message board I've been to. I've always been something of a lurker, and I probably always will be 
Cat - welcome back! I've been absent from the main flow of HC for so long, I'm finding that I remember very little of discussions that went on...but I remember you! (of course, I don't really recall any of your threads, but hey, I don't remember any of mine reall either ;-) I'm going to have to try to post here more often again (and if I don't, there's always Lord Woock to pull out a tazer and threaten me if I don't ).
Speaking of what I remember...the one comment that I remember most clearly from anyone here is from Oldtimer, when he said something about digging a moat around one's house and filling it with beer, as to make the Canadians flock to it and fall in...good times (and I do love Canadians; no offense meant to anyone).

You really have to use LaBatts, Molson works in a pinch but the Canadians that drown will be slightly younger (you can tell by the slightly less prominate sweat stains on their plaid shirts).
I've not heard from Unka in a long time and I fear he may be residing in a shallow bed (rosebed) in my back yard. Mores the pity...
