It's very difficult to gain additional red stars. But it's not too difficult to lose red stars either, so be careful about what you post.

Does the red stars really matter? Who cares about the red stars anyway? Fine, it helps us identify BS proof threads but for me real quality lies in the person once we get to know them, not in the stars.

It isn't difficult to gain or lose them...
Although all this talk about QPs is starting to make me feel guilty about the ones I have. I've been accused of posting 'suck up threads', and sometimes of worse, which I don't think I do. I don't believe I deserve all of my QPs.. I don't think anybody does believe I deserve them all!!
But the reason I get QPs and not minus QPs is I always try to keep a smile on my virtual face, to make people happy or make things that are wrong, right. It's a shame, as Val introduced the system to reward and punish people, not to subject them to abuse wether they gain or lose QPs.
I don't think this needs rehashing, except to say that I'd like a 'banning boundary' and maybe a label for spammers.. blue stars? Just so we know who not to socialise with...

red stars, they shame me. i am chaos. not some good-idea-machine. Im supposed to spam. Im supposed to whine. Im supposed to flame and send hundreds of mailbombs. Im ashame of my 1 star. i wish i would haven one...like my hero Maniac. i think being evil is much more stylish than being good. Because when you are good the blood on your clothes makes you look notthatcool. But if ur evil then its the other way around. yeah. sorry im going to sleep now. or to kill myself. bye!
