I think the most prudent decision in this situation is to be humble and realise what must be done. So Noobx, since it is activity we must attract, I propose you stop being so indolent and get to work by heading out in your town with a big sign saying: 'We need more adventurous heroes for the heroes community, join us now!'.
Remember to be very exacting to those who doubt joining our cause!
