I have an idea. The Wog team could put it in. They can't put in new spells, I know, but that spell is already put in, just disabled.

though i can't see the picture but i guess i know what you're talking about. cuz whenever i get titan's thunder, the new lighting spell in my spellbook appears as "Fear"(disabled)

By the way, after some searching (about a year ago) I found an animation that might probably be the animation for the Fear spell. Look for it in the h3bitmap.lod file (of course, you'll need a resource editor for that). That animation shows an eye that opens, flashes once, closes again, and then disappears. I've never noticed it in the game so I think it's the best candidate for the Fear's animation.
