great thanks
i finally got the internet back up so heres the rest of mine:
Frogmo, the nightmare
Kilmo, Orc Berserker with axe
Kilmo, Orc Berskerker with shield
Gimli from LotR (made from battle dwarf and halberdier)
Legolas from LotR (made from GRAND elf, with touches from other guys, but mainly my own MSpaint work)
Grim Reaper, (this ones just begging to be made)
Ogi Monster, 6th form (ogi monster, kilmo and frogmo are characters that have a story, dont copy please LOL)
Zombie warrior, not too special
Skeleton Knight, pretty simple
i also tried to make Gandalf but he was too much work

wow congrats on making that scylla, bludy hard work!
i tried making the one out of Atlantis town thread in the Wishlist for HoMM5, it was so much work:
instead of a body she has 3 wolf heads, and has scaly horse legs, two of them instead of the six or so hydra legs.
heres my attempt at the Nazgul, ill have the Nazgul dragon l8er:
Ringwraith, lvl5. Deathgaze spell, does damage to enemies.
Upgrades to Witch King, lvl5. Deathgaze spell, 30%chance at ressurecting foe that was killed by him as a Ringwraith.
Upgrades again (it just does, ok) to Nazgul on dragonback.
Flies and retreats like a harpy. 40% chance at resurrecting victim as Ringwraith. Deathgaze.

Ooh, they are great!  Frogmoīs the best one of the ogres and Nazgul on the Dragon rules, too!

heres my low budget phoenix. im sure the custom H3 model world is riddled with these, but this was my first so im gonna post it anyway. thats what this thread for anyway, right?

looks cool! druids are awesome loved em in Heroes1
heres my latest, the upgrade to Centaur Captain, the Centaur King. I like making 2nd Upgrades, they should have them in H5!
i dont know about the yellow body, i was just messing around with the colour changing (which i just figured out how to do  ), and i guess it makes him look more royal. for the first time i was making it for a Royal look, rather than battle prowess.
Looking forward to some more work from you guys, see ya tomorrow!
Ill make sum more then, maybe. im running out of ideas, can anyone help

heres what a peasant should look like IMO
the pitchfork was bloody hard so dont make fun
made out of Marksman, Dwarf, Goblin, Arch Angel, Pit lord and Magog for the flame.
basic unit, lvl1. upgrades to noble. picture for that coming soon

heres the Noble, the upgrade to the peasant that i just finished:
made from the body of a marksman, using parts from Power Lich, grand elf, mage, gremlin master, genie, efreeti, naga and some others i cant remember
im not sure what else to do though
