Try a bit of shading next time and outlines that are slightly darker than the colors u used to fill the figure.

What kind of programm do you guys use to make pixel art? I've heard that paint isn't the best, so what else?

And I usually do the outlines and basic coloring in Paint and then some minor color changes in Paint Shop Pro

Well, I am, as last time, open for ideas of you all
Asmodean allready told me a nice one:
His Competition-Idea consists of three steps (modifyed by me a bit, that is):
1st step (1week):
Draw a scenery, e.g. a room, or any outdoor-scenery, or else. U might want to do a christmas-scenario
2nd step (1week):
Draw two to three characters into it, bring them in any kind of (inter-)action.
3rd step (1week):
put yourself into the pic, through any symbol. - Like, someone with the username "el_Sol" would draw a sun with a face or sth, you dig?
What do you thuink of this?
