Cheat codes
This is an area for all cheat code discussion
if you need help with cheats, this is the place. if you know and want to share cheat codes from any version of the game, speak up now.
also, there is a secret formula for the nwcphisherprice cheat. activate it, thus giving a strange color scheme to the playing feild. then save. some way, after exiting to main menu and going back to the game, you give it a creepy gray. weird huh?

depends on how you look at them. some call it cheating, others call it influencing game play in an unequalizing manner with a hint of naugtyness

Well, I call it cheating. And cheating IS bad, as mentioned before. People who donīt play well or are too lazy, cheat. I have tried it, and it drains the joy of playing.

Cheat codes are only good for mapmakers to test their creations. That's common knowledge though.

Cheat codes ?!??!
I sure hope you don't need any cheats to beat the AI... cuz really it is sad if that is the case... Cuz you'd be telling me that your brain can't figure a way to beat something which was programmed a few years ago by people who seemed to never have played the game... In other words, the AI in Heroes is pretty damn lame.

Yes. True. It just gets extra resources in the harder levels, so they can build faster. When they are easy, they never even build the level 7 dwellings!

sometimes you have to use cheats. for example if the map or campaign is bugged and you have to move to the next.
when i was testing WoG 3.58 cheats were invaluable for me

I don't use cheat codes normally but I finally caved in and used some on a barbarian campaign that I was stuck on because I wanted to see what campaigns came next.
Hit Tab then type in the code you want.
Heroes III
All magic and 999 spell points/nwctim
All sources increased/nwcshrubbery
All buildings in castle/nwconlyamodel
Full map/nwcgeneraldirection
Full secret item map/nwcalreadygotone
Instant failure/nwcsirrobin
Instant win/nwctrojanrabbit
Hero gains Tent, Ballista and Ammo/nwcantioch
10 Death Knights in each empty slot/nwcfleshwound
