commanders and morale
Commanders should have some sort of "no morale penalty"-skill, cause I think itīs a bit irritating and unrealistic when commander freezes in panic caused by bad morale... I mean, commanderīs (real) purpose is to encourage his/her troops in war, but how can they ever even think about doing that, if they are too discouraged themselves.

I posted this idea too some time ago. I thought there would be a certain radius (in hexes) in within allied troops gain a morale bonus. It would be realistic so. Only drawback is, that this would make leadership skill useless.
