Now 2 questions about WoGifiy a map:

1. when start a game, I have the WoGify option, since it is a custom map I've made for me, I didn't wogifyed and then I couldn't do the shift+click on the town portrait to send to the top (having that option sellected), then the same map, I wogifyed it, and the shift+click worked. All of that considering that WoG options as experience for units still working in the not-wogifyed map. The question is if I don't wogify a map, it will not apply all the options sellected?

2. I've noticed in the wogifyed version that when I push "S" to save a game, it saves automatically with a generic name like "1_blue" or something, not prompting the save screen as the not-wogifyed version, which I prefer, is there a way to prompt the save screen with "S" or another key combinations?

I don't get it. If you don't wogify, not a single script will work. If you do, all scripts selected will.

it depends, if you installed "daily save" mod, then it will save with a custom name you can't change. Also I think HD mod renames the saves when you push S. If you want your own name, save manually.

I thought wog applies the new mods while wogify makes the replacements (like taberns or banks)... In fact, I have been playing with my most desired features (experience in units and accumulation in dwellings) without wogify my maps.

About the save shortcut, I don't have installed that mod, the automatic name should came from WoG itself. Isn't there an option to automatic write a name when pressing "s"? What could be wrong with my wog?

Wogify means using scripts. You check the scripts you like, you save this configuration (there is option at bottom) then every time you want that one, you load the .dat file.

Don't know about save, I don't think Era changed anything from regular wog 3.58. Want it automatic, use mod + keys for quick save (the most comfortable). Want manual, you can do it too.

Yes, now playing wogifyed Im noticing lots of things Ive never had before, like muttering monsters (amazing how much life gives that to my custom adventure!), as I said, I've been using another wog features such as monsters experience, but not all I know now.

About saving... the thing is that is super-comfortable to just push S, replace the last number of the day, and save with my custom name, now I have automatic saves, maybe is not WoG but Era II, maybe I need to ask in Era II post. Thanks for the advice.

I just checked on SoD clean, then on ERA then on ERA+HD, pushing S does same, it opens save menu where you can give whatever name you want.

I don't know what would be, the only mods I have are Era II, WoG, No flashing trees, and WoG Revised. Maybe that last one could be doing that? I will check all the options again...

Era 2 is platform, like TES for Bethesda, mod Buddy for Civilization etc. Wog is now mod, and wog revised is adding some other options as well as fixing bugs in wog. So at bottom should be WoG, then wog revised, in which you probably selected "save daily" option (or whatever is called).

1 problem solved (auto save) was the script "Quick Savings".

2 problem solved (upgrade 1st level creatures) was the script "Masters of Life".

This is the onnly thing I have unsolved for now:

I've made a map with scholars giving me the skills in order (to have them sorted), but the skills are automatically sorted (for example, I've learned Archery and it goes to the first place). I' think I've read something about sorting skills (different to sorting towns). Any tip?

Tried everything: shift, ctrl, alt (their combinations plus left and right options), no one works.

Also disabling 9th-10th skills, Show Hidden Skills and Warfare (which combines 3 skills in 1)... still appearing in the same order as in the editor, not in the order I've learned them....

@Salamandre, wow thanks, but it is to show the hidden skills, and is not sorting all my skills, only those who are hidden behind 8th skill. Also it is not permanent, closing window restores its default sort.

EDIT: finally solved! Was the "Secondary Skills Scrolling" mod, disabling it by the mod manager skills will stack as you learn.

Another thing that seems minor but could cause bugs?

I'm not playing with Mithril Enhancements, unchecked all scripts in WoG menu, now, I'm playing with "monsters will drop resources" so defeating some high level monsters I'm obtaining mithril, even when I've disabled all mithrill options.

My questions is if it can cause some bugs (in such case I would disable this option too), or just ignore it, because Mithrill seems not being accumulating.

Can you please place this file in wog revised/data/s folder? If you play with wog revised and it is above WoG mod in mod manager

In not, then place it in WoG/data/s

To download, right click and save as.

Then load saved game, press F12 to update scripts and let me know if the mithril problem is solved (it should not be offered anymore if option is unselected)

Apparently is not happening anymore (couldn't continue because a crash, hope not cause the new file). But I will not use that option, may be unbalanced when you defet larger packs of monsters, more than 1000 gold each)...

These are all my mods in that order:

No flashing trees
Original Interface
WoG Revised
Yona <- (I don't know if it necesary but its description says it solves bugs)
In The Wake Of Gods

With this setup all seems to works fine, except some error messages before a combat, but without crashes I skip and contniue.

Well sure, but I don't see why someone would remove town portal unless he is some sort of masochist or he is unemployed. Dim door is not necessary to win a large map but town portal will save time.
