Try to give the newbies a helping hand by answering their questions and not by judging their gameplay (in a bad manner...).
The way Csarmi did it in his last post is a good idea though. When looking through all saves of all turns in first week, a newbie can learn MUCH more than only by hearing "foo, nOOb, learn the game and come back again...."
