I'll have to back down... sorry guys, I'd have to reinstall the game everyday, because of this annoying school setup that I can't seem to work around. I'd have about three hours to play on mondays and tuesdays, because of double blocks and I could take lunch too, but it's a real pain... it depends on when I have to play, but I probably won't be able to participate...

Sorry to hear that Rage...
Maybe "Old St. Nick" will bring you your own computer or laptop for Christmas and then you'd be able to join if we have another round of this tournament later on in the new year.
You know, now that I think about it, maybe Tigris could use some help with the statistics or logistical side of this tournament. So, perhaps you could still participate, but in an Administrative capacity??? It would be a shame to keep you out completely just because you are unable to play.

Hi all,
This is to let everyone know that I will be backing out of the tourney as organizer and player. Tigris to answer your question, I would ask you to give Conan dibs (as to whether or not he wishes to organize this) otherwise you folks can decide who should head it up.
Conan, you can take me out of the noob tourney as well... sorry to those I've dissapointed. I've appreciated the time spent in HC and the good advice and strategies I've learnt.

just so you know, allied vet games takes approx 12 hours.
My guess is that these games would take atleast 6-10 depending on turn length.
just so you know that before you sign up.
