They are keeping the Glade active along with other posters, and Kareeah and Geny have been rewarded recently, so I figured that the rest deserve to be rewarded, too.

More then a few people have kept the glade going..but yes Kareeah_Indaga should be nominated for a special title or something. Maybe "She who one day should be shanghaied to be moderator" or something. Only half joking

I am of the opinion that DMing has proven to be too much of a time commitment to too many people for the Glade to have a healthy number of games running. To that end, I would like to develop some sort of system or set of guidelines to encourage co-DMship of games where feasible, with the goal of decreasing the workload for prospective DMs, reducing downtime due to unforeseen life circumstances and shortening response time to player posts. Is there any interest in this?

There used to be RPs without actual DMs. Someone would make the opening post with the set-up and people just rolled with it. The legendary Lets Have War was like that, there was no one DM, just a bunch of RPers talking amongst each to make a story.
I was hoping to make my RP closer to that to reduce pressure from myself, but failed miserably because it was made in an "existing" setup.

I certainly appreciate those who are still able to DM with busy schedules. I know it can be quite the time-sink.
As to DM-less RPGs, that could certainly be interesting. I think ground rules would need to be established (no power gaming, player killing unless permitted, et cetera) first and once that is done, players could run with it.

I would just like to point out that Desolation is on its 7th page and Galatea has 0 QPs. That doesn't sound right to me.
