Well... I also enjoy to do it 5-7 times a day.
Anyway,

Just try it out. After a few weeks you'll notice that it doesn't really get down after ejaculation. At first, The whole marathon took me about an hour. Now it only takes 15 minutes. I guess it can be good in a love life.

Have you read the whole of my post? I said that 3-4 times have taken me about an hour, because I had to wait till I can get  again. Now it only takes me about 15 minutes, because the intervals are smaller (I get more often)

This *will* be too much information for sensitive readers, but this is a masturbation topic after all and it along with so many others has been raised from the dead lately so here's my take again on this.
I wouldn't exactly call it a marathon if it lasts 15 minutes despite how many times you reach your goal. I myself follow the saying (however it's supposed to translate to english) of 'It's not the goal that matters, it's the journey there'. It does train you up at least so all is good and there's nothing wrong with what you are doing.
I've tried to cut back some since the last few weeks to see if it helps against me yawning so often and it does help. It's mostly the release amount I've cut back on, just masturbating for a while doesn't make me tired in the long run. A marathon to me is more like the sunday I had 30 days ago where I was bored and sat there for 12 hours with 3 finishes. The first one was mostly because if I tried to hold it off any longer I would soon get some pains which can happen if you go to near too many times without getting release. The second one was because of a food break and well the third one was to finish it off. Lefty is my friend, it's one of two things that that hand can do, the other is to hold a fork. Since I can't use a mouse with my left it just had to be that way. Fits better in that hand anyway.
I can finish it off fast if I need it and well yeah the orgasm is the best part, but generally it's better the longer I wait like for example that sunday the third one was really great. While the amount often is a lot larger than normal after this long, it will be mostly transparent too and would make for a rather lousy porno closeup. Seeing how far you can shoot is a bad idea since it's messy and searching for transparent stains with the help of the lamplight may get you to miss some and you will undoubtedly step on it soon and decide it's just best to mop the whole floor and then take a shower.
I would masturbate a lot less if I had some female company, but that's not how it is. I would say that 95% of men masturbate, 4% more lie that they don't but still do and the final percentage doesn't because of odd religious beliefs. Maybe less do in the middle east since I'm no expert on the customs there but rest assured that more than 80% do. Some don't do it as often and maybe doesn't count it when it's a few times a year. I'm not saying any culture is acting based on what their porn industry is doing, just that too much of the porn from japan focuses on that women are submissive and that even if they say no at first it's just an act and that they'll like it soon enough. Once it's on the net it's global and may be found just about anywhere. Pornography by itself doesn't lead to or discourage rape, but things like that may blur the line slightly for some individuals that may go too far and then later when they end up in court deny that it was a rape and that they were both willing.
