I wish we had such winters here, but alas. In Alberta, it's considered a good year if the annual snowfall is a meter. On the other hand, it does make the shoveling a little easier.

Concerning Aerie's plotline. I admit that it takes little patience, but the reward is worth it. She becomes a lot more... interesting if you also have the ToB expansion.

I love shoveling

What are smokin'?
Excuse me, that's probably just the 2 1/2 feet I had to shovel last winter talking.  2 1/2 feet all in a week, horrible experience.

I think it's great exercise, good air and fun to be out doors. I like working out so to me, it's the fun version of a cardio.

last year i didn't really do any shoveling, however...

there was about two inches of ice on my mother's car, and then an inch of ice over that.

In order to allow my mother to get into it, I was allowed to use my mad Taekwon Do skillz on her car as long as I didn't dent it.

It was fun

edit: snow UNDER the ice... that one was bad -flush-

Aerie is incredibly useful. I once finished the entire game when my party consisted of only Aerie and the protagonist, and the team beat every challenge in from of them. So the next one to say anything bad or diminishing about Aerie shall feel the impact of a forcefully launched snowball.

P.S. Rhyanna, your scenario is very well possible. The car got covered in snow and then someone carefully used a spraybottle to cover it with a thin layer of water, soon to be ice.

This snow season out of the ordinary.  In October we got almost 2 feet.  Then it all melted.  Then 2 weeks ago we got 52 inches.  Then the tempuartue went up (50s) and the snow has been melting and melting and melting.  The sky is currently clear, the sun is shining, and the grass is green.  Quite odd for Mid December...

Oh I know, because it happened

But originally i said ice twice.

Two inches of ice being covered by an inch of ice...

Just makes three inches of ice. Thanks though

Snow, ice... What's the difference?

At the end, it will all turn to ice anyway. And experience has taught me that you better remove the snow before that happens.

My point

Well, please meet our professional....  newbie greeter...

As for the snow/ice question. I don't really care. I'll freeze to death when covered by either of them.

No, no, no...

He just does that with all new people. Try to give him a cookie. He may stop growling then. He's just a little uncomfortable amongst people he doesn't know. It just takes time to pick up their scent.

Well, that service is reserved for three-red-star members. Four-red-star members and upwards can even get free pie with that.
