Oh, for **** sake, so much Administration (=Bureaucracy)  That's you can expect from socialists 
I picked Liberal state in the very begining but it seems the other choises influenced a lot and I have 54% Administration and developing economy ("3rd world contry")  . Two issues per day... hm... maybe I'll boost my economy in the next 1 mil. years 
I made some other accounts and "Civil Rights Lovefest" and "New York Times Democracy" type state are not so bad.
