Woock wins. 
Now you get to make up a new rule, get rid of a rule, or change a rule.
You may not make it impossible for yourself to win. You may not make it more likely (odds wise) for yourself to win. However you can make it a rule that you think that your skill will let you win more often than others. I'd like it if you got rid of the dice rolling thing as it's kinda boring.

New rule: Should a player win, he will not be penalized for not following the Rule Of Catcalls Without The M for one week.
