Some technical problems...Angelito, know something about this?

Hey guys! I seem to be having some problems of technical nature, and I hope some of you may help me get rid of it. Angelito, for instance?

The case is as follows: A friend of mine and myself are trying to play against eachother using the TCP/IP connection and a wireless network. We have no problems finding eachother in the net, nor inside Heroes. One of us hosts, the other joins, quite like normal. The game starts, but as soon as the first player finishes his turn and sends the turn on, we both receave strange messages. The host receaves: "Diff build error 2," and the non-host receaves "ETP:0x490b33 Access violation. Attempt to write the inacessible data at 0x4ac8000. Send this dump to H3NL@Narod.ru"

What do you make of this? It isn't the firewall, as we have tried to disconnect it. I suppose it isn't of relevance, but it's a WOG version.

So, I sure would like some help in this matter...

Hmmm....sounds strange for me.....especially the last part with the email-addy...

One question: Do u have this "automatic-savegame-creator" program installed, which automatically saves the game after every turn? (not autosave, which is overwritten every turn!)
As far as i know, this is a russian programm and the email-addy also is a russian one, and you said this message always appears when ending turn (sending data + saving turn)...

But u say it´s a WoG-version......i heard a russian team released a NEW WoG version (at least some guys in the zone said something about that...) which is NOT the current 3.58 version from the known WoG team.
Perhaps there is a bug in that version?
So then write an email to the given addy and explain your problem....if it is a bug, u won´t be the only one with this error and they know about it already...

Hei Angelito!

Thanks for the suggestions, but I really don't think that could be it. We have in fact succesfully played this version before with TCP/IP connection, just between two different machines. So I have no idea myself... Well, I'll try to get hold of another version then. Aber wie gesagt: Danke für die Vorschläge...
