Pandora
Pandora joined HC on March 21, 2001.
I was waiting to write this Spotlight until I could Post it at the top, which is where I classify Pandora's presence on HC. Although she joined this community many years before I did, it is clear to anyone...even today...why Pandora is liked by so many. This was made obvious when she won a few HC Awards for '04.
As much as you can expect from Pandora as a Moderator, you can expect as much from her as a person & as a member of HC...if not more! She is always willing to joke around or share a laugh and is constantly adding creative Posts to various Threads. Just look at what she wrote in Dont tell the truth, tell the false truth, or nothing of the truth.
As hard as it is to believe, Pandora watches over 4 different Forums here at HC, but somehow finds a way to resolve most problems she faces! She also encourages members to improve their Posting and in doing so, improve the community as a whole. You can see what I mean in Pandoras Guide to...
As funny as Pandora can get, she can also be very passionate & serious. Her behaviour & deamenor can reassure those that are uncertain, motivate those that are idling, and straighten-out those that have strayed. She might rule with an iron fist, but that hand is always in a velvet glove...and that combination is what makes Pandora so special.

Leo, Leo, Leo. He is pretty much summed up by his self proclaimed occupation: Being active & happy..
Leo's vibrant personality and his cheerful attitude never fails to light up the board. Quick to befriend, Leo has made a significant impact on this board already.
Nominated the most recent Poster of the Month (which he organized) in March 2005, deservingly so.
A fine example of what he's been doing around here is this very thread! I don't even need to link that, all you have to do is scroll up to see his dedication at work.
One of his threads is this MYT Game, Leo keeps RSF's game running like a well oiled machine. Mainly in the Tavern, you can find Leo in Other Games Exist Too, sometimes in the Library and the Other Side, although he's 'made his mark' almost everywhere. He also plays HoMM3 on the MSN Zone.
You don't have to look far to find Leo's sense of humour, it even won him a Star in his very own House! And if you dare, take a look at some of his more... eager posts in the WANTED game.

RealDeal joined HC on June 6, 2004. (A few months before I did.)
Like his avatar, RealDeal is a complex individual, who is shrouded in mystery. It's not because he doesn't show people what kind of person he is that we're left in the dark; it's more like he shows people so many sides of himself that we're not sure how to put them all together.
For example, I've seen RealDeal get into fights with one HC member after another, but then I've seen him making super funny Posts that got everyone laughing. You can see what I mean half-way down the page here: Stuff that shouldnt be in the Feedback thread !.
I've also seen RealDeal participate in silly games one day and then start serious discussions the next. Nowhere is this more true, than with his Being Overweight. Thread.
Even after interacting with him all of these months, I still can't make sense of this guy!  But one thing is for sure, RealDeal is a valued member of our community, that's why he was declared Most Improved Poster in the HC Awards for 2004.

Russ joined the community at may 20, 2005.
Already he has made almost 800 posts, some of them hilarious and some of them are great tips and knowledge boosters down at the library.
@EDIT: Russ gets his *** kicked every week at his Muay Thai boxing trainings and suffers from constant black eyes , a good advice for you Russ: you can fight back sometimes, just try it .
For a russian guy Russ exeeds at his english knowledge (thats the good side of living in the canadian cold surounded by all those mooses) and contributed a lot of neat stuff to the library in his thread Heroes Stats and Skills Chances and to the other side in his More on Mohammed and the freedom of speech issue thread.
From what I came to know Russ is considered one of the best HOMM3 players that are around and thinks quite a lot of himself . If you want to try and play him you'd better have cranim.txt otherwise he will refuse to play.

TNT_Addict joined the community on December 18, 2005.
Although he is a relatively new member of HC, he has been actively involved in spamming it to the best of his ability. He still has a long way to go to catch up to the spam masterminds like Lord Woock or Jebus (now retired), but he is on the right track! Although he is in desperate need of a haircut and a shave (as can be seen in his picture here), it does not seem to affect his original sense of humor, which can be observed in just about any of his posts. Here is his latest (and IMHO the biggest) contribution to HC: Worlds sexiest woman, does she even exists? It is dedicated to the most important topic ever discussed by the HC members: babes, bummbumms and, of course, (but not limited to) the big honkhonks. This thread is a good compensation for those slightly homophobic individuals who are forced to look at his avatar while reading his posts.
His HOMM3 skills remain a mystery to many players including myself, but he has made several posts in the Library that showed a lot of insight, so he'll probably be a tough opponent to beat (if he ever finds out how to copy cranim.txt to his data folder).

FriendOfGunnar is relatively a new member, he joined the community only on january 27, 2006 but already made his mark here.
His first action in the community was to enter the fabulous *cough cough* ICTC contest and win the top spot with his brilliant race the island which made even me, not that big of an ICTC fan to actually read it 'till the last word.
His second and the best so far was to prank the most active and "special" HC members in his avatar april fools day joke, more details in this thread. That one made me fall to the floor and laugh my *** off for about 10 minutes .
Overall he is a great guy and a cool addition to HC, I for one hope he'll stay for good.

Supplementary Info for TNT_Addict
For the newbies to this board, you should know that TNT's humor is about 65% miss and 35% hit. The 35% that hits though is one of the major reasons many people, including myself, come to HC so frequently.
He lives in Israel, which is the United States 51st state. This is convenient because he understands any and all references to American pop culture. He also used to be in the army and he has a big gun (or so he claims).
When TNT's ankle finally heals and TNT goes back to RL then HC will be the poorer for it. And the world's women richer.

Vlaad and Vlaads evil twin brother the "impaler"!
Vlaad joined the community ON february 19, 2003 way before me...
As his profile says he comes to HC from Serbia where he is an english teacher (apparently not a very good one ). His main complaint is his 56k modem that is causing him non stop troubles and bumms him out.
He is a WOG mastermind, there is nothing about WOG that he doesn't know just check his great thread Vlaads weekly WOG for fun related riddles about which I for one know jack . Vlaad is always ready to solve newbies problems and guide them at their first steps at the WOG expansion.
Sometimes Vlaad can pop up with a funny link or a picture that could put a smile on your face and send you to the foor laughing your *** off , had a couple of those I must admit.
His last great On the Aesthetics of the Adventure Map tells you all about the evolution of the maps from the plain ones of heroes 1 'till the more complicated of heroes 4, some really interesting reading to be done there .
In conclussion there are plenty of things that I bet I missed but it's really hard to pick the best ones out of all that Vlaad has contributed to the community, he is present here almost every day and makes thoughtfull and briliant threads for all to enjoy.

Guitarguy joined HC on the 10th of november, 2004.
He always smiles politely, even when he gets lousy grades at school because he is always dropping by HC to post in the wastelands which is his home base . Once in a while he also visits the tavern and even the library to give us the "single player" overview about heroes gameplay.
You can sense that he is a chillout and laid back kind of guy who listens to the band REM and worships their albums by doing some kinds of strange hawaiian rituals  . Some of his better work in the community is Annoyances (non-Heroes) a funny thread which most of it is really true and something that everyone can relate to.
His best work so far is in the other side of the monitor and is called Downhill Times in which he and everyone else are sharing the lowest points of their lives, you can even shed a tear reading this stuff  .
So continue the good work and lead the wastelands to a better future now with the abssence of Jebus you are the only qualified member to do it properly .

Valeriy is sort of a member I guess, he is in the memberlist so he must be. He was the one who created HC on march 10, 2001 and forcebly had to join it too .
He is the mage of the land and the person in control of all that is going on here for the last 5 years and well if he wasn't doing his job properly I wouldn't be here writing this post about him. He is the guy that gives you all of those nice avatars and even takes his time to upload some custom ones for you to enjoy.
His latest present and a HC improvement is the kookabar for easier ways of posting, more kinds of various fonts and a way to save time . Without his organized World-Wide Petition - Save Heroes of Might and Magic maybe the game wouldn't have been as good as it today.
Who do you think brought you the HC messanger so you can send instant messages to your HC buddies, I for one use it quite often . What about the ICTC competition that he organized, it really was not fair that only people with the knowledge of the russian language could participate so he gave you all the opportunity to be a part of it too.
You don't think he has a funny side to him? You are wrong cause each april fools day Valeriy manages to prank all of us in a hilarious manner. This years prank was a killer and I had a great time getting fooled, and when I read the one of 2 years ago I laughed my *** off too .
There are times from now and then when people question the way he runs things here but any way that you will look at it you will see that he always makes the right decissions for the greater good of the community.

Dragon_Slayer slayer joined the community on june 29, 2003.
And since that day no dragon related pest problems were bothering our members ever again... He did a great job on that one!
He managed to become moderator of the glade forum even if not for that long, I guess he just ate all the donuts in the headquarters, saw that there were no more jelly filled and then decided to retire his sword.
Right now he is on a steady way for becoming the 16th honorable hero (only one stinkin' quality point away ) with lots of quality posts behind him, especialy in the tavern like this hilarious one To My Dear Wife and his latest Default Reactions Will Improve Your Love Life!
Currently there is some kind of a tossing war between Dragon_Slayer and his infamous rival tosser Aculias, though DS holds the upper hand so far  the war itself is far from over. Make sure to check out this phenomenal toss before the next Wasteland cleanup.
And you all have this thread to thank for bringing me to heroes community in the first place it's the awesome *The Poopie List* a true masterpiece .
Great job so far DS and thanks for the big brother idea too .
