to make the third upgrade naming a little less perplexing, you can change the names of the creature non-upg and upg, e.g;
instead of pikeman-halbierder-sergeant halbierder
you can do recruit-pikeman-halbierder
or militia-pikeman-sergeant pikeman
whatever, you get the idea - then you wouldnt have to come up with weird third upgrade names like red dragon-black dragon-leet 9000 king black dragon.

I'm not pointing any spelling or grammar mistakes. At least not here. And actually I didn't notice any mistakes in your posts.
The point is that there's no way for me to be constructive in these kinds of situations. I'm so sorry, but these ideas are just dumb (especially because you tried to make them better, but you made them worse!). Militia is a kind of army, not a single soldier. What would be a plural form? Sergeant is a rank. Think about it - a lot of sergeants in army without any standard soldiers.
Maybe I should say it before and be more constructive then... but there were so many ideas like these and all of them were just annoying! It just pisses me off and that's why I'm going to "be a dick" at these kinds of situations. At least some of them will be demotivated and they would make some serious work after they THINK LONGER about it.
Sorry for offtop, sorry for trolling. I'm a little bit upset and I apologize for that.
