No. Forge doesnīt fit. This is fantasy game, not Mutants Of Forge And Magic. And I donīt understand why forge units must be necropolis-like. If this would be somehow included in game, there should be alien, robot, mutant, and modern human castles aswell.
Edit: Oh, and klingon city and star wars one where heroes are light and dark jedi + western city with cowboys and !cows! with heroes like Lucky Luke, Tex Willer and Clint Eastwood + certainly the dinosaur city with T-rex being the 8th level unit.
Okay, maybe I overreacted a bit.

there aren't only necropolis unit,just cyber dead And cyber zombie...all other creatures are from other towns...
I think that forge would fit (thats my opinion) ,because i've allways dreamed to see HOMM3 monsters fighting with f nowadays or future monters....

Forge as a town is very fitting into Might and Magic series. Do not forget that ancients have a big role in processes of the worlds where Heroes and MM takes place. However if there should be forge it should be at least more related to the techics they have at time. Let's say Dragon Golem could be top mechanical creature they can make, since ROBO-naga tanks and lazer rifle goblins against swords and plain magic seems a little bit unfair. And the reason why forge has naga, goblins and zombies is that in MM7 evil faction had some connection with goblins and that was no other than necromancers who have opened the heavenly forge...

Actually, according to those screenshots I believe the whole town was finished, then replaced by Conflux due to the reactions of the fans.
Not only can we see the town screen, but also some in-game creatures graphics (icons at least).
It is not strange to completely change some graphics a short time before the realese.

There - you have it  - Another Forge war.
You may not know this, but similar discussions were held here and on many other forums for years and they always seem to come back like a boomerang. It all started before the release of AB when the reaction of the 'opposition' arose.
In any Forge war there are people that don't like the idea at all and think of it as something that would destroy the game (and those people mostly just played HoMM(3)) and there are people that love the idea or at least aren't against it (and those people mostly are familiar with the s-f technlogy in the Might and Magic series that was present ever since 1985).
And I think nothing will ever change here. There are just zealots of keeping the game pure fantasy and there are fans that want something more from the game (like a bigger role of the MM series).
The town itself was indeed finished (or in 95% at least), although the creature development stopped somewhere in the middle. On that screen you're talking about you can see actually only 3 creatures (or their icons at least) and their upgraded forms.

Time to read man... Archibald with his squires found one artifact of Ancestors. Charm of those mans ( ) can do this: mintaurs, goblins, nagas and zombies have agreed to join forge and be stronger. Pyromaniacs and dreadnoughts are oryginal creaure. And? Want more?

Look here BIGGESTJOCKER in HC town. It is not easy to make TOWNS and MONSTERS do you know that. IF you want more why don't you make yourself and we will say how good is yours creation.

Well, WOG is managing one, so it's certainly not impossible. I'd still rather a clockwork/steamtech forge town, not ultra sci-fi.
