@mr_niceguy: i thought about it breifly but scraped the idea. it would be very unfair if one person came along and got the answer to 3 riddles. then they may come again and get 3 right again. they may get into the finals after only being at HC a few times.

NOTICE
TRD has been disqualified.
i didnt want anyone to go out of riddle master this way but i feel a week and a few days is more than enough time. TRD has unfortunatly not sent in the answer to the riddles.
now to who won. now come on, look on eargerly

ok well angelito got all 3 correct. so did T-A (see, i can be nice ) but kman only got 2 right. he didnt get the last one right.
now on the matter of the winner. i will send T-A and angelito one riddle. if they both get it right/wrong i will repeat. if one gets it right and the other wrong we will have a winner
now could angelito, kman and T-A not post thier answers as to let others have a go.
now for those who want to know what our finalists went through here are the riddles they got
Riddle 1
There area 3 switches for a globe in room A. there is a small section of the wall in room B that has been hollowed out and it contains a light bulb. U are only allowed to enter room B ONCE. After that one time it is closed and locked. The riddle is to find which light switch turns on the globe in room B. for clarity make the first switch i), the second ii) and the third iii).
Some advice, u cannot look in the room and then come back, this is counted as entering and the room is closed from there on. And also when the room is closed no light escapes the room or enters the room in any way
Riddle 2
When I was a detective I had heard about a Mr. Bush who was trying to rob a bank with a detailed plan. Bush was brought in for some questioning. Bush denied the plans existence at first but soon confessed and said he would tell the truth. Bush told me that he thought he was being tailed so he went into a local library and hid his plan in a book. bush said he was certain it was between pages 125 and 126 but bush tried so hard to remember those numbers he had forgotten the name of the book. I then said “its obvious ur lying mr. Bush”
Whats wrong with bush’s story?
Riddle 3
Ed, editor of HC weekly, returned to his office to find me waiting for him. I told Ed “ur co-editor, Eve, was found dead in the parking garage strangled to death. Her purse is gone as well as anything of importance.”
“Oh, no!” said Ed “it must have been those hoods I saw around the garage this morning” just then I noticed a message on bill computer. It read ‘Dear Ed, I know we had plans to work on our ‘Turban Tribunal’ bit at 1 :00 p.m. and I apologize for any inconveniance my temporary absence will cause. I had to return to the restarant immedietely since I forgot to pay the bill. Signed, Eve’
“This wasn’t a chance mugging, it was pre-meditated murder!” what raised my suspicion?

Here are the answers i sent:
Riddle no.1:

When u touch the globe now, u will recognize the heat of it. If it is completely hot, switch no.1 is the right one, if it´s just a bit warm, switch no.2 is the right one and if it is cold, switch no.3 is the correct one.
Riddle no.2:

Riddle no.3:

made by yourself when writing that riddle...lol), which an author would not make when he/she is at least a bit qualified for the job. So i guess the message was written by someone else and not by the victim.
The 3 typos are:
- inconveniance (should be an "e" instead of"a")
- restarant (needs an "u")
- immedietely (should be an "a" instead of "e")
If these typos were your own fault, than i apologize and have no other solution for this one....
Or i really miss something here....

I didn't bother to post out of the fact that i couldn't figure the last one out
My answer 2 was the same as urs, didn't have one for number 3.. but my first one is also a little different..
switch number 1 for 15 mins, then shot it off, then turn the 2nd one on.
Go in, it's not turned on, and warm, it's nr 1, turned off and cold, nr 3, if it's turned on it's nr 2.

the 2 first riddles were very simple(classics) .. the last one was a bit trickier and a bit wierd... i noticed the spelling errors but i couldnt spell anything with the letters so i tought you just made some typpo's

and now is no exception
u both got it right
T-A is going so i guess this is whats gonna happen. i will give u both another riddle. T-A will give me the answer in 2 weeks and the same with angelito. then we will see what happens

oh u dont have to. this is the hardest riddle that i have given that i think will trouble u guys for 2 weeks so dont rush. id hate for u to lose because u were rushed
