Dodd, I thought that you said that the victim was murdered by the person jumping at the window. I don't think that dying "by surprise" qualifies as murder...and you just said that the person at the window wasn't the one who startled the victim.
Anyways, here is my question: Does the stick belong to the victim?

Well its unclear at this stage because not enough has been uncovered. As for the moral side. When detemining if murder has occured, you have to determine 2 things. (A) was there intent. (B)Did the persons actions produce the desired result along with that intent.
If the answer to both is yes then i would say that a murder has occured.

No. Not inside. What caravan means must be determined by yes or no questions only.
To Orian. Yes. Caravan = mobile home
Yes. Was startled to death by stick = Key question
To Rebirthing. No it didn't. As Orian said it was the stick that triggered the death.

So, let me recap as much as I can remember...
The person died from being startled by his own stick, which is what the person who is outside the caravan, jumping at the window, wanted to do.
Dodd, was the person startled by the stick, as they stepped on it?
