in the pics the scenery far off looks faded. this is good, if you can see every pice of scenery for miles then the game will be hard to play. thumbs up ubi!

I really don't like hero portraits and hope they will change those, too:
  
There are more from the early stages, but nothing really new (remember that the interface will probably be changed for the official demo... at least I hope so!  )

Necropolis is in the middle.
I am more interested in the town on the left! If it is not Inferno in the underground, then it is the new town! Could it be new kind of Warlock/Dungeon/Chaos, or something else...???
P.S. Dare I say... Dark Elves?

I think this can be a some kind of dwarves town... some of the concept arts are based on LOR like the ghots and others... if you remember in LOR the dwarves lives in the caverns and are great miners...

Where did you find those? The first one looks like Dungeon.
And the 2D drawings of heroes look good to me. I'd rather have these instead of 3D representation or God knows what else... Maybe a little more individualised would be better.

Oooh i think first that middle town is something like aqua town but was wrong. I don't first notice moon and colours of the city. Sorry about that. Town on the left is maybe Academy because magicial look? But I can be a wrong just like with necropolis.

ohhh, what a great shot
looks like A/D/K/S is back aswell as the skill system from HOMM4
that morale sign, i must say, looks kinda like a pokemon
well i am still awaiting the release

But the so called inferno town does not look like inferno in the game, from what I have seen, it looks more like Asylum...

Not exactly the same system... this one just the "primary skill" is leveled I mean basic advanced and expert... and whne you have all skills you recieve an special skill (the last slot)...
