wog--does it fix bugs in heroes 3 complete engine?

i posted this question before but no one responded to it.... basically i was just wondering if wake of gods fixes bugs in heroes 3 complete (v 4.o)...

for example, if i was to play wog with a friend, but not even use any wog options (so its still like homm3 complete), would bugs be fixed that were previously problems in heroes 3 complete? is tcp/ip play improved so it is more reliable?

also, im not sure if its even possible to play wake of gods and keep homm3c the "old" way.. the only reason i would want to use WoG would be if it somehow fixed previous bugs in heroes 3 complete...as i don't have enough time this summer to explore the cool new features of WoG...

any advice greatly appreciated,thanks for your time,peace,--c0ld

hey.. bugs include-- hero with no army,artifact merchant bug, random crashes involving memory unable to be "read" or "written" (rare). have any bugs been discovered and/or fixed regarding TCP/IP games with other players?
