June POTM nominations
Hi,
I took the liberty of creating a Poster Of The Month nomination thread for June since it's almost over. I'll wait until Friday this week to create a new voting thread in the VW after that.
I know it's slow these days, but if you wish to nominate, go ahead! 
So, anyone to nominate?
I nominate Sir Stiven for the continuing effort in the Wanted series.
If this dies down, I'll let you all know that I'll cancel it for June (ie. if the participation level is less than 4 posts.)
EDIT: made a mistake in the acronym ... not POT, but POTM!  ... and poster, not picture! Thanks woock.

I was wondering if the above mentionned games where in June or May? if in june no problem, but if they where in May then ... It's just that Todd was nominated last month's POTM aswell and for the same reasons.

Although I would have preferred waiting until after June was finished before taking nominations for Poster of the Month, I also realise that if I can't beat 'em...I should just join 'em!
Hey Conan, here is a banner that I made for this month's PotM, so feel free to use it at the top of your 1st Post.
Anyways, my nomination will be based on the fact that every time that will I think about June 2005, one person will always come to mind right away. This person not only made an amazing bunch of Posts here, but he consistantly made great Posts all month long...as long as he was here anyhow.
I think it would be a fitting tribute for him to be recognized for his overall contribution to HC by being named the PotM for June, therefore I nominate Consis!

I know it was early and I kinda agree with you, but in my mind, being the winner of something that took place 2 months ago isn't really appealing to me!
I made it early knowingly so that it could be decided early and the vote could end with the end of June. That way, July 1rst would be celebration for the June poster and the winner could have the banner for all of July until someone else wins it for July on August 1rst.
The problem about the good posters at the end of the month could be relsolved by the vote we will have after the nomination, that will end on July 1rst. If someone want to nominate anyone else, I'll just add that person in the poll.
I guess I should of talked to you about this first, but I thought the PotM had been discarded. I was looking for a way of making it more interesting.
