ERM tutorials
Post here your links to ERM tutorials.
After an almost two-year absence, I restarted playing HOMM (& WoG), I finished almost every campaign (RoE, AB & SoD), now I'm into some map making and ERM scripting; but the prob is when I see the code for an ERM script I get annoyed: it's too damn confusing, all the variables and numbers & letters, so...where is an ERM guide for TOTAL NOOBS?? lol P.S.: I'm trying to build an Adventure Cave (not the one with the spider): if you enter it and choose left you battle some creatures and if you win you leave with f.e. Spellbinder's Hat; if you choose right, you battle euhm... you're dead lol.
This thread is meant to help other ERM'ers out there who have problems with the scripting and such. So if everyone contributes to this, I'd really appreciate it.

There is an ERM sticky in this forum - you can post your questions there and learn a lot if you read what others have written.
You are new, so you don't remember a great thread called "ERM for dummies". I believe some parts of the topic were included in the ERM help files (in your Heroes folder). It is still the best ERM tutorial.
Finally, if you speak Serbo-Croat  , you can read my short instructions on the link in my signature.
As for your question, I am sure Fnord will answer you soon.

Yeah, I found the thread already, but it's not as helpful as I thought. It's still complicated for me to understand as I never had any scripting lessons (such as HTML, Delphi, etc.). Itried to make an ERM script but failed miserably. I'm trying again tomorrow, but my hopes fade away...how can anyone understand this difficult language? :|
