there is an airfilled baloon held underwater by a weight, so that the baloon wont rise or fall. if the baloon was forced under the surface, will the baloon rise, or fall, or will is the baloon stay where it was released???

In the first situation we have the following equilibrium:
weight of ballon, air and of the weight itself against
Archie forces for volume of Ballon and weight
If we remove the weight we remove the following forces:
weight of weight itself and force of Archie of weight.
Archie Force is density of liquid*gravity*volume
weight is density of weigth * density *volume
average density of weight is > density of liquid to equilibrate the ballon (being filled of air its density is minor).
Removing weight the ballon goes up.

Do you mean that its been held underwater, and then they ditch the weight?
Also, it the balloon tied?
I think that the answer is that it would rise to the surface because air is less dense than water, but it would just sit on the surface.

baloon A is a baloon that is weighed down perfectly so it wont rise or fall when at surface lvl. u must tell me what will happen to baloon B when it is realesed from the position it is in
will it rise, fall or stay where it is?
