Installing??

Problem installing the game

I was wondering where do I post an inquiry on how to solve an installation problem. I am running windowsXP and can't seem to get heroesIII to install, about75 percent of the way through I get this message

an error occurred during the data moving process
Component: Program Files
File Groups: LangInde Program Files
File: H3sprite.lod

Anyone have any thoughts?

H3 can be downloaded as a directory ready to play the game from?

I've never really installed it

just an option if you can't solve this

Please give us some more details.
What version of heroes 3 are u trying to install?
Is it RoE, AB, SoD or Complete?
