Either Half-Dead or Pirate's daughter.

I felt Half-Dead's difficulty ramped up as the campaign went on. The last two were especially difficult for me.

Whereas Pirate's daughter's early game was hard as old boots. The latter scenarios weren't that hard, apart from the "boss fights".

Out of GS campaigns, none of them were especially difficult. The finale of the campaign was quite tough.

I haven't completed Mysterio's campaign or the final campaign in WoW. But out of those completed, I'd say either the Death or Nature were the hardest - most likely Death.

Pirate's Daughter is pretty straightforward, I'd vote for Glory of Days Past, luck-related and some unusual tactics are required.

I'd say GS had a pretty hard campaign in chanpion Dogwoggle's one (might). I could only finish when I watched walkthrough in youtube, wouldn't think you need to hire a thief in tavern to capture a town and walk through all guards in the end to capture 3 life towns. Alita also has noticably hard first campaign, requiring cerberi in first town to capture. But her innate ability makes it easy when you manage to get going.

Didn't play much WoW, sadly, but Mysterio seems easy, didn't have problems first 2 maps.
