Nightmares: Undead or not?

Upon creating a new wog mini-campaign that uses lots of nightmares i noticed that nightmares were imune to Lich death cloud, but death ripple seemed to hurt them as well. Now that wouldnt be much of an issue if nightmares didnt get experience ability that gives them chance to cast Death ripple themselves (they basicaly kill themselves with this ability)

Hmm, I thought they are "not alive". I remember they didnīt get hurt by their own death ripple attack, but I guess I might be wrong.

They aren't undead. They come from the fiery depths of hell, not from hades.

They fit more to inferno (non upg.- Hell Steed, upg. Nightmare), nothing to do with Necropolis. It's better to ask the question about ghosts

I like Nightmares in Dugeon, like in H4. So: not undead, but Horses Corrupted by Evil. (so either Dungeon (preferably) or Inferno)

Any creature immune to ressurect and affected by animate dead is UNDEAD.

Nightmares are undead, and always were.

Nightmare is undead and 100% is that, unless you change that in your scripts.

But in Wog Nightmare is undead.

If this is true, someone needs to change this. Or else put simple "undead" in the skills of the nightmare. By the way, my story about Elam in Creature Contest V is more true than i though!
