Mystery monster
I found this from looking at this image. you can see the mystery monster on the left.
though it is blury, it apears to be about half again the size of the gremlin, and half the size of the hero. it seems to have geen skin, an apish body, and a club. sound firmilair? it should. Heroes of might and magic had half a town with creatrues like this. it seems to big for a goblin, or an orc, so perhaps an oger? or mabey a troll, that could be a peice of meat in its hands.
in the inferno timeline, it says somthing about the creation of orcs. perhaps they desided, as they have before, to revamp the orcs into a new form. please share comments.

The thingie is perhaps a gremlin and the blurry one is likely a zombie...

Nah i dont think its a zombie..It looks like an ogre of some sorts, or a troll.

Gotta be a zombie... you can see the pot belly as well as the large knife quite clearly.

Welcome to 3D
One of things specific to 3D is that you can view a character from many angles. It could be a gremlin, a zombie, hard to tell. I wouldn't go as far as saying it's a goblin and nothing else.

Nival said there would be no orcs... but to me it looks like a lizard man. They did put lizard stuff in the dungeon town.
What intersets me is the picture... they said creatures couldn't wander alone... is that a neutral army, or is this some weird version of the battle system?

That is a zombie. You can tell that by:
1)The dragging foot.
2)the weapon (huge meat cliaver).
3)the Buff arm.
4)the green skin, as we know that there aren't any trolls, goblins or ogres at the game.
5)the zombie head.
