Spell duration
How long do spells cast in combat last? For instance, my buddy cast Curse (target creature cannot roll dice for attacks) on my Monks, and we played it as an infinite duration. We quickly discovered that my cursed Monks would never defeat his raging vampires. Is this right?

In most cases, unless its an instantaneous effect (like a fire ball for instance), it lasts for the entire battle, as Curse and Poison do. If it has a different effect it will be specific on the card. For example, Pathfinding is actually cast when not in battle and lasts for one turn.
