Hello everyone, my intro
Hi, my name is Jack. I'm 48, I've got two sons, a way fun GF, a friendly lab mix and no job. The no job part sux and I just can't get it out of my head. But I'll try not to mention it again.
When it comes to HOMM, I tend to extremes. I tend to focus on the game and only the game when I have new maps or a new challenge. I fear multiplayer, because I could easily become obsessed and start ignoring RL. The game especially Heroes III is somewhat dangerous for me. It can get so bad I don't sleep, eat only out of cans and ignore family and friends. Luckily Heroes IV was disappointing. whew dodged a bullet. Made my first map recently. That was way fun without being dangerously addictive, I want to do more of that.
Now that I'm 48 I no longer do the dumb things I used to do in RL. This is good my guardian angel is probably still tired from saving me so many times. I run a kick ass, nerve wracking game of D&D. I generally keep my players on edge, but I keep enough rewards coming to keep them hooked.
My oldest son is off on his own now. He is down in Florida catching sharks and selling fishing gear in bulk. He is trying to get his own place.
My youngest and I are working on our third big latin project. This time it will be a Labyrinth. Andy has two years to go in High school.
I have a little sister, she's 46 now and a grandmother. I've got a little brother and a baby brother. Little Brother is 45 has three grown up girls , two are married and he is currently preacher in Tasmania. Baby brother is almost 6' 8" and is currently traing to be a police officer for Richmond. Baby brother is only 34, I look forward to seeing his children I think. He was trouble as a toddler and only got more difficult to deal with until sometime in his early twenties. He has spent the past four years or so working with kids very similar to the way he used to be.
Oh yeah, my physical description, 6' 6" 320lbs Brown hair, Blue eyes.

Lol eating out of a can...
Thanks I know its serious but I relate... I would forget food on the oven or have to microwave it 4 times due to forgetfulness and great involvment in the game.

Well,Jack&Celfious im not that obsessed,but i must say that when people were talking to me when i was really concentrated in a campaign,i had to make a few turns before answering.And ocasionally i play heroes3 for hours,"forgetting" to eat and drink.

Oh wow! U american guys r really really BIG! In my country i feel like a giant among dwarves and i'm only 6'1... I think thats right we don't use feet as meassurements. Didn't u think on becoming a wrestler with your weight?
