Made some pics...hope it works..lol

For those of you who tried it and failed so far, here some hints:

- Always place your angel between 2 stacks. If u only have 1 stack "touching" your angel, it will move away and all others will shot at you.
- When placed between 2 stacks, always attack the lower stack of magogs. Why? Simple...coz that way, u decimate both stacks at the same speed. You attack lower one, and u retail to the attack of the top one.
-If both stacks are down to 10-20, fly your angel between the next 2 stacks.
- Cast shield first round to recieve less damage
- Cast cure early enough, coz when u r down to about 50 hitpoints, u will get attacked by range, coz they will be able to kill u with one shot.
- When all stacks are down to 10-20, start again from bottom to the top. Only attack once and give one retail, coz then the magogs are down to 4-7 each, which would be to low to survive an additional hit.

attacks

In heroes series all creatures may attack and damage each other sometimes this attacks are being foolish but
this is the nature of the game and you can not limit it

you say magogs must be immun to fire based attack then ý must say

for example how can you damage a ghost with a sword ? or pike (pikeman or swordsman can hit wights)

That's why we need something (which doesn't have to be logical) to make magog more useful and for the good of the least popular inferno town, and not something ridiculous like defeating 250 magogs with 1 angel

For example we may have a deadly combination of magog and efreet (if it is ever be immune to magog's firebal ldamage) that can clear the map quickly, and not possibly the only upgrade in the game that players will want to avoid

Angel Power :)

There is only one situation where one of these stacks of magogs will attack u with range attack...if it will KILL your angel with THAT ONE HIT. If it is not able to kill ya, he won´t throw its fireballs towards your angel...100%.

Excellent work angelito!

Thx for sharing,

Wow! that's pretty messed up tactics! GJ! I remember trying to kill magogs like that a couple times (once with an angel and with something else the other times), but I guess I must have messed something up.

I tried it right now with the same scenario as vs the magogs (same stats, same skills, same spells), and i won in 2nd try, but this fight depends very much on luck in my eyes, coz these 100 archers (6 stacks of 16/17) know how to arrange themself in round 1 on their turn, so at least 2 stacks will be able to shoot at you..for more than 3 rounds, and 1 shot made 22 damage....and even with my Cure every start of a new round, 1 of my sultans had 4 hitpoints left 1 time....so only 1 more morale needed, and i would have been dead.
Too much luck...or i missed a trick here...

It is said here, that magog's attack doesn't hurt adjasent fireproof units! And I can remember efreetis not being damaged by magogs in one of h3 versions - 100%!!! But in "complete" this doesnt work...

I am quite sure this was true in Armagedon's Blade. I'm testing it right now.
